Emotional Representative

The emotional body is the connector of all aspects of the Self in the following ways:
  1. Linking to the “Self”: The emotional system links our physicality, thoughts, and feelings.
  2. Linking to “others”: This body member sees that we feel connected to others in a healthy way.
  3. Linking to the “universe”: This team player is in charge of our interpretation of life outside of our small “self.” It sees that we feel “hooked up” to the grand scheme of things.
Means of promoting these linkages:
  1. Use of tears (happy or sad): This releases the energetic build-up that causes our physical form stress.
  2. Use of anger (in a healthy way): When not directed at another, this push of power within us can generate new beginnings for us.
  3. Use of laughter: Laughter absolutely heals our bodies and souls.
Once you have a working knowledge of your own team players, you can change the course of their actions inside yourself. Doing so, you can alter your perception of the world around you and feel back in charge of your life.
The processes for how to envision your members, work with them, clear up their roles, and transform them into a “dream team” of support for YOU are clearly outlined in The Body Talks . . . and I Can Hear It.
