All of us have bodies that talk to us, some more kindly than others. However, when we have some body distress, there is usually a Mental and Emotional component that goes along with that concern. Whether we are experiencing an illness or injury, all 3 systems need to be addressed. They all have different duties to perform for us and are designed to bring all of that news together on our behalf...in health and wellness. In addition, there is the spiritual element which is greatly impaired if our 3 base avenues of expression are curtailed in any way. So finding out what your body has to say to you might just be the news you have been looking for to change your life. “The Body Talks and I Can Hear it” is a playful way to find out just what issues store in what part of your Physical form and gives you tools to bring your 3 dense body systems up to speed.
If you are low in Self worth or have tried to adapt to how everyone else would like you to behave, you might be interested in finding our just which Essence you favor in form. For example, an Angelic person thrives on kindness. A Fairy individual must have room to move around in life, do different kinds of work and most of all, socialize. In the case of an Elvian nature, these human beings like teasing and joking around, being active in the great outdoors and helping animal rights. While their counterparts, the Unicorn men and women, like solitude, serenity, peaceful spots in nature and most of their best friends are animals of all sorts. Should you run into a real earthbound, helpful, solid individual, quite likely they are of the Dwarvian persuasion. And as for the loud, sometimes obnoxious, hairbrain, highly intense folks that appear to be the center of whatever major stir-up is going on; well, you have probably run into a Wizard essence person, one that appears to be many presentations in one. Now wouldn’t it be helpful to know “who” you are interacting with? After all, we are constantly told NOT to take things so personally and yet, so often it really feels personal when someone is judging us.
So like I said, these books are written experientially because only you know “who you are” and “what needs to be changed in your perception” so that you can have the fulfilling life that you desire and deserve. Did I mention that you can have FUN doing it?

The CDs were a must if I ever hoped to let people know anything about me and how all of this news came to be so important to me. Even some of my friends have said that they had no idea how all of this work came into being. With the Introduction CD, you can hear my story as well as how my 30+ years of individual Bodywork has metamorphosized into this “Living Formula”. And if you know that you are Angelic, feel free to just get that CD. Each CD has a bit of news about me and a little intro to all of the Magical Essences, before focusing on just one.
